Terms of Service

By using SlideShow Memories (SSM) Services you (our customer) are agreeing to the following Terms of Service. The SSM Terms of Service are subject to change.

All material and/or content to be used within your project will be provided by you or legally purchased on your behalf (it is your responsibility to pay for any associated purchasing fees)  The customer assumes all responsibility and liability regarding all the materials and/or content to be used in their project.  The customer has obtained the necessary permission(s) from the copyright owner(s) to use any material and/or content within their project. 

Any materials, which are copyrighted and do not have written permissions from the copyright owner(s), will not be included with the project.

All content created by SlideShow Memories is protected under the Copyright Law of the United States. We are not responsible for lost or damaged photographs, CDs, electronic media damage or packages. All shipping and handling (S&H) charges to and from SSM is the responsibility of the customer.  We cannot guarantee shipping delivery times as we use third party shippers (US postal service, FedEx, UPS, DHL).  We take great care in packing the completed slideshows and any of your materials which are to be returned to the customer.  It is the customer's responsibility to assure that our DVD will play on their DVD player.  SSM assumes no responsibility nor will be held liable for any damages to the customer's DVD player as a result of playing our DVDs.

Any defective products will be replaced (at our discretion) at no additional cost to the customer.  There are no refunds and we will not reimburse any shipping or packing costs.  A deposit of 50% of total order amount is required before SSM will begin production.  Payment in full is required prior to shipping of completed project.  Rush orders require payment in full prior to production starting.  No refunds are possible once production has begun. By using SSM’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service.  You also grant permission to SSM and it's affiliates to use this material for advertising/promotional purposes.
